Other Activities
We follow the SkillsUSA Program of Work. Every year we raise money for non-profit organizations such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the Ronald McDonald House through a statewide program sponsored by the PA State Officer Team. Our National Technical Honor Society hosts a Relay for Life walk-a-thon for cancer in late April every year. Our SkillsUSA chapter has become a part of this activity by raising money and getting sponsors. We also had two students become a part of a Cycling For Life Relay to raise money for Cancer and our chapter helped them raise the money they needed to become a part of that team. We are a very busy SkillsUSA Chapter. Our goal is to get as many students involved in communiity activities as possible to help them become active members of our society.
