Reading Muhlenberg Career & Technology Center (RMCTC) designs customized job training to meet the specific training needs of your workforce. All classrooms, labs, and shops at RMCTC have been renovated, and trainees will have access to state-of-the-art equipment. It is possible for companies to obtain WEDnetPA money to supplement the expense of such training.
RMCTC Adult PA State Emissions Certification Course
Course Dates:
January 13 and 15 2026 – Classes run from 5:30-9:30 PM
Fee: $80
RMCTC Adult PA State Inspections Certification Course (CAT 1, 2, & 3)
Course Dates:
December 2, 4, 9, 11, and testing on Dec. 16. Classes run from 5:30-9:30 PM
Fee: $190 Baseline plus $40 for CAT 1 (Auto) / $40 CAT 2 (Motorcycle) / $80 CAT 3 (Heavy Truck)
